Residential
Our measurement service for residential includes group home, spec housing, retirement village, and unit developments. High-end architectural homes, apartment blocks, residential renovations, multiple story homes, and hill sites also fall within this rate. Note that rates are applied per building footprint for external trades and per apartment or unit type for internal trades.

Concrete cutting
Our schedule includes the square meterage of cutting required with a markup of the expected layout, if this is not already provided by the designer.

Our schedule includes m3 of concrete separated by foundation and floor level. Columns, walls and stairs are measured as separate items.

Tiling
Our schedule includes the overall square meterage as it stands, separated by location, skirtings, and perimeter fixings.

Masonry
Our schedule includes overall square meterage for external and internal walls, as well as extra value for work above height, raking cutting, sills, and the like. Lintels are provided as a total lineal meterage excluding overhangs, with individual lintel measures noted on the attached markups.

Plasterboard
Our schedule includes overall square meterage separated by plasterboard type and location, coving, shadowline and the like.

Corrugated roofing
Our schedule includes overall square meterage of roofing, noting falls, as well as lineal meterage of gutters, valleys, ridges, downpipes and the like. Raking cutting, circular cutting and the like are included as extra value items.

Carpet
Our schedule includes overall square meterage, noting length and width of areas on the markups provided. Lineal meterage is included for edging, joining to other flooring type and the like.

Our schedule includes a list of light fittings and fixtures, which is easily cross referenced on the markups included.
