Our Residential Measurement Service is designed for a broad range of projects — from group homes and spec housing to retirement villages and unit developments. It also includes high-end architectural homes, multi-storey builds, hill sites, and residential renovations. We apply consistent, transparent pricing: external trades are charged per building footprint, while internal trades are based on unit type.

Our Commercial Package covers a wide range of large-scale developments — including apartments, warehouses, schools, offices, public facilities, and more. Masonry
Our schedule includes overall square meterage for external and internal walls, as well as extra value for work above height, raking cutting, sills, and the like. Lintels are provided as a total lineal meterage excluding overhangs, with individual lintel measures noted on the attached markups.

Concrete cutting
Our schedule includes the square meterage of cutting required with a markup of the expected layout, if this is not already provided by the designer.

Carpet and Resilient Flooring
Our schedule includes overall square meterage, noting length and width of areas on the markups provided. Lineal meterage is included for edging, joining to other flooring type and the like.

Our schedule includes overall area and perimeter measure, with extra value items provided for raking cutting, circular cutting, and for forming openings. The length and width of separate areas are noted on the markups provided.

Our schedule includes the kg and lm of reinforcing steel split by type and level.
We also produce a bar schedule describing the length of each bend type. This can be customised to your companies manufacturing needs.
